The Rehab Factor has staff with undergraduate qualifications in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy Psychology and post graduate qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety. We have access to psychologists and professional mediators.

The Rehab Factor experience has been consulting to both white and blue collar industries on a range of injury management and health and safety matters from providing general OH & S advice to project managing the development and implementation of OH & S systems within organisations.

The Rehab Factor is experienced in rehabilitation, including developing, co-ordinating and managing individual maintenance at work and return to work programs.

We are approved injury management providers under the:

• Victorian WorkCover Authority
• Comcare Australia

We also provide services to job attached employees –
those who have a position of employment to return to during their rehabilitation to recovery.

We also provide services to those claimants that do not have a job to go to throughout their rehabilitation program and need assistance to locate suitable employment options and job seeking assistance. We conduct Vocational Assessments and provide job seeking assistance aimed at improving the likelihood of a successful placement in alternate employment.
